Talk & Q&A: How Nimbla addressed the challenges of maintaining a great culture in times of transition

**Recording coming soon**

Join us online on Wednesday 15 December 4pm GMT, 11am EST, for our next virtual talk and Q&A, when we have Steph Thommen, Head of People at Nimbla, as our special guest speaker:

“Nimbla is 5 years old and has been growing for the past 3 years, scaling to 28 people in 2020 by adding 2 C-levels in Sales and Tech as the pandemic started. We also started looking for additional investment at about the same time. Under the new leadership, we changed our hiring focus from generalists who had a hand in everything, to specialists whose focus is to scale the product and the business. Challenging, in various different ways: practices and objectives change often as we adjust to the way the organisation evolves with specialists. I’m going to share some of our learnings, and some of our on-going experiments.”

“Culturevist made a really big impact on me and my career. With the inspiration I took away, I started exploring lots of different ideas and I’ve ended up as the Global Programme Manager for our internal mindfulness programmes. It’s now my job to roll out and embed these globally, and use them as a tool for driving culture change.”
